About Me
BSc Sport and Exercise Science
I started Mobile Fitness in 2011 to provide training options outside of gyms. Prior to this I achieved my BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and started my personal training career at Les Mills where I worked for 6 years.
Health and exercise is my passion, in particular I enjoy playing golf, running marathons and competing in bodybuilding.

Corporate group fitness training for team building and weight-loss challenges. I can come to your offices or meet in a local park.

Group Fitness
Circuit style training for you and your friends. Get your mates together and train in your local park. I offer free nutrition and exercise programs to individuals who want to accelerate their progress.
